Adding the App

Follow these steps to add the Dooglie Chrome extension and authenticate it for use with
Zoom:

1. Download the Chrome Extension:
○ Download the Dooglie

Chrome extension from here
2. Open and Authenticate:
○ Once installed, open the extension. You will be redirected to a new tab with
our authentication page.

3. Select Account and Launch Bot:
○ After successful authentication, you can select any account (Account
Domain).
○ Click on “Dooglie bot.”

4. Enter Zoom Meeting Link:
○ A modal will appear prompting you to enter your meeting link. Kindly add a
valid Zoom meeting link here.

5. Access Real-time Transcripts:
○ Once the link is added, you will be presented with the Dooglie UI, where you
have real-time access to meeting transcripts.

Usage
Dooglie provides real-time meeting transcription and bot management within your Zoom
meetings.

Prerequisites:
● A valid Zoom account.
● The Dooglie Chrome extension installed and authenticated.

Features:

● Real-time Meeting Transcripts: Once the Dooglie bot joins your meeting, you will
see a UI providing real-time access to the meeting transcripts. This allows users to
follow along with the conversation and review spoken content as it happens.

● Remove Bot from Meeting: Users have the ability to remove the Dooglie bot from
the meeting directly from the Dooglie UI, as well as from the Zoom meeting interface
itself. This provides control over the bot’s presence during your calls.

Use Cases:

● Meeting Review: Easily review spoken content during a meeting for clarity or to
capture key discussion points.
● Accessibility: Provide real-time transcripts for participants who may benefit from
visual text alongside audio.
● Bot Management: Maintain control over the Dooglie bot’s participation in your
meetings.

Removing the App

To remove the Dooglie app from your Zoom account, follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the “Dooglie” app.
3. Select the “Dooglie” app.
4. Click Remove.
Potential Implications of Removal:
● Upon removal, the Dooglie Chrome extension will no longer be able to connect to
your Zoom account for real-time transcription services.
● Any in-progress transcriptions will cease.
